Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Heirloom Mahjong Co. purchase. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Before sending anything back, please email us at support@heirloommahjongusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. In that case, contact us with a photo and we will cover the return shipping or send a replacement, at your choice.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@heirloommahjongusa.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
