- Prices. All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on every US order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before you pay.
- Ordering. You place an order by completing checkout. You receive a confirmation email once the order is accepted. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, if a pricing error occurred, or if we suspect fraud.
- Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Shipping. Orders are prepared in 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 7 to 15 business days after that, with free standard shipping. You receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
- Returns and refunds. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and check the return. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, write to support@heirloommahjongusa.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund.
- Digital products. The Beginner's Quick Start Guide is a PDF delivered electronically by email after payment. No physical item is shipped for it.
- Customer service. Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, by email at support@heirloommahjongusa.com. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the place where you live.
