Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Heirloom Mahjong Co. We want your set to reach you safely and on time. Here is how shipping works.

Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, as we cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please email us at support@heirloommahjongusa.com with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We will make it right.
